This place sucks! Make sure to ask what possible things you may be billed for that are not included for their cost .The staff was nice . The procedure was fine . Unfortunately I was told the cost would be one price and now its more . I'm getting another bill from the doctor for it which I wasn't informed of. I thought that the price they told me was the price for everything. Now I have a surprise bill if only the would have told me. Nice team ad very clean surgery center. Unfortunately, I ended up in ER that night, and the hospital was not able to get a call back from anyone to ask questions regarding the extent of my surgery. I would have thought there was an afterhours on call person that could respond in cases such as mine. Thank goodness I was able to be released to go home in the morning. I hope Apollo Surgery Center can improve their afterhours call back process.
Excellent experience! The nurses are so friendly and everyone is super sweet. You check in, then head to pre op where they ask you a bunch of questions, give you an IV and send you in. You get put under anesthesia for all the procedure and they were so nice about it everyone made me feel so comfortable! Make sure to follow the instructions especially for your colonoscopy! Staff has been very friendly and caring every time I've been in there. Very organized and efficient, in and out fast every time.
So this was my first time being put to sleep so i was pretty nervous but the staff made me feel super comfortable and safe. Everyone from front desk to the surgery team and doctor were super friendly. Thank you Ruth for the great conversation and getting my mind off of things, it really helped calm my nerves lol. Anyways i highly recommend this place!
