Krystal was awesome. Overall experience was very good. Waited about an hour and a half to br brought in for pre-op. After that I was done in j y st over an hour. No pain or dizziness.
Make sure to ask what possible things you may be billed for that are not included for their cost .The staff was nice . The procedure was fine . Unfortunately I was told the cost would be one price and now its more . I'm getting another bill from the doctor for it which I wasn't informed of. I thought that the price they told me was the price for everything. Now I have a surprise bill if only the would have told me. Excellent experience! The nurses are so friendly and everyone is super sweet. You check in, then head to pre op where they ask you a bunch of questions, give you an IV and send you in. You get put under anesthesia for all the procedure and they were so nice about it everyone made me feel so comfortable! Make sure to follow the instructions especially for your colonoscopy! The staff is very nice and professional. From beginning to end my outpatient surgery was over in about an hour.
