The first word that comes to mind about this center is efficient. I have had the "¿privilege?" 😳 to use this facility twice in the last six weeks. (Hope not again soon!) They all know their jobs, and they all do it extremely well. Everyone I encountered was friendly; they talked WITH you and not TO you. Big difference. Awful place!!!!! Very rude staff and a horrible scheduling system. My wife had a colonoscopy appointment at 10 am, so she checked in at 9:50. But they had her wait for 3 hours without any notice or excuse! When we complained about the long wait time, they just said "wait 1.5 more hours". Didn't even say sorry. Don't go to this place unless you enjoy long waiting times and rude staff.

Facility was clean and staff was great. My issue is with the billing department. It seems after all co-pays, co-insurance and facility fees, which were ultimately 100% covered and paid by insurance, I was unable to reach the billing department, after several messages left regarding a refund has fallen on deaf ears! Disappointed that I have not received a return call. Shameful tactics! I will be addressing issue through other resources. Keep an eye on you Explanation of Benefits for overpayment.

Very polite and kind staff members. Natalia was my intake nurse and was able to do my IV the first time. No pain! Thank you to the nurses and all The staff members here.

Wonderful experience. From the smiling receptionist to welcoming pre-op nurse to professional in-room team to friendly and attentive post-op crew, it was an incredible journey. Made it look so easy.
