I had been battling a nasty cough and was able to quickly make an appointment and be seen. I waited very little and was promptly examined by a nurse and then Dr. Song. Dr. Song was very thorough and suspected pneumonia or bronchitis. They were able to quickly get my chest X-ray to confirm pneumonia. After the results were in Dr. Song personally called me to reiterate next steps and get my antibiotic prescription ordered so I could start right away. We have received excellent care at the Atkins Family Clinic! Sam Isaac has been our provider for several years. She is very bright! She listens to us very carefully and her responses are intelligent. She refers us to other doctors when necessary.
Always, greeted with smiles & friendly people. Usually don't have to wait very long to be called back. Just love my Dr. She is so awesome, she knows me well.
Was able to schedule an appointment on the day I called. Assistance with follow-up appointment with surgery center. Heart monitor was ordered after several heart palpatation occurances. Very through.
