Beau explained the surgery clearly and was very detailed on the procedure that my husband had. Dr. Torres's staff is very efficient and courteous.
Visit with Beau went well. Kudos to him. Called back same day to schedule surgery. Got voicemail as scheduler went home early ---- Friday. Expected callback Monday. No callback by 3:00. Called scheduler again. Voicemail again. No callback by end of day. Very poor patient experience. May go elsewhere if no call tomorrow Stat. Apparently their time is more valuable than mine.
Beau Sorenson was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and by the time I left I felt comfortable with the outcome of the visit. Very good appointment. The staff were all very friendly.
I felt I had a good experience diagnosing my knee issue, going over what could help repair the issue, and following up with physical therapy right there by the clinic. All is good once again.
Beau was kind, knowledgeable and presented all options. He listened and cared about me as a person. Thank you!
