I’ve been a customer for about 8 years. Not without hiccups along the way, but I stuck with them. Today, after I waited hours for the technician, who does the annual service, I called in to check the appointment. A young lady tried to convince me that they’d already been at my home. Of course they hadn’t. Then I was told they didn’t service my model anymore and that’s why they didn’t come. I asked for a referral, and got none. So if you like to do business with people who keep appointments, and value your time, be warned.

I have been effected by the storm that pushed through on August 10, 2020 in Eastern Iowa. My home generator worked for the first few hours after the storm passed. I tried my best to get the generator restarted, but was unable to do so. The electrical utility has been down for one week, and does not look to be up and working any time soon. I had a controller failure in my 10 kW Guardian (during an extended power outage, of course!) and could not find a controller locally. I called Best Services and they were able to get me one overnight for one of the better prices I could find. On top of that, I got good advice regarding which controller I needed and what the differences between my options were.

On time and did a wonderful job installing a light fixture where we took down cabinets in the kitchen. Outstanding service.
