Great place all staff very professional and kind I was very anxious going in but was put at ease very quickly ask me if I had any questions or concerns I recommend cedar valley ENT! Id been dealing with a skin issue for many many years and thanks to Emily and her staff I feel much better about myself thanks again!
I really had to advocate for what was going on with my son. The first time we were seen a doctor never came in. I was then charged a full office visit just to see the nurse and get no answers. 2nd time was better but I had to be more forward.
Most unprofessional medical building I’ve set foot in!! The receptionists were extremely rude to me and my daughter the moment we walked in, but greeted all the older patients with respect. One woman proceeded to call me irresponsible for not having an insurance card that never gets sent to me. I called my doctor to get this number and without even looking the number up tells me nope not gonna work. Do not recommend this place whatsoever!!!
Dr. Congdon is apparently a trained medical professional but must have missed learning about basic human decency and how to talk to patients in med school. He fails to communicate important patient education including details of the surgery he is performing- which he legally should be obligated to fully and thoroughly disclose to patients. He was extremely rude and dismissive to any and all of my husband's concerns during his surgery process. The staff are super friendly and helpful! And the office is very tidy and nice I love the feeling you get when you enter, very relaxed and calming.
