Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Hennings. All staff was very helpful. They have so much great information that was very helpful to me.
I was very impressed by Johnathan Hennings. He explained everything about my scans in complete detail and supplied a lot of information to take home. I felt he gave me his full attention and all the time I needed to ask questions…never rushed to get on to the next appointment.
Christine had a tremendous amount of information to share; and, thank goodness, she had handouts for backup. I look forward to learning more about my diagnosis and path on how to improve living with it naturally.
Scheduling, office staff, and medical personal lack any business sense and leave patients in the dark about follow-up appointments and results. They need to remember they are serving patients and not themselves. Using robotic calls with no opportunity have the call repeated and no introduction is confusing.
Very good but I still have questions. Am trying to decide on this. Maybe more info on internet.
