I waited for over 15mins in Dr. Tandon's office. He was not even in the room for 5min. Never listened to my heart and charged an exhorbdent charged that Medicare never covered, plus my supplement insurance never covered. I have no idea what the charges were for since he didn't do anything. Needless to say I had to pay the rest of the bill. Not pleased at all.

Punctuality and compassion are definitely not high on the list of this facilities priorities. I just walked out after waiting far longer for my scheduled appointment. At my last appointment I waited two hours after scheduled time to be seen. This is unacceptable. When i addressed my issue to the check in receptionist she showed no concern and was as if she couldn’t be bothered to look into why my appointment time was not being met. Needless to say I am looking to become a patient elsewhere and I strongly suggest that this co... read more

I am a patient of Kari Haislet and needed a heart medication prescription filled while in Florida. I had to go back and forth 5 times with calling their office to get the prescription straight, and the pharmacy here called too as well and even a pharmacist in Iowa. - left messages with her nurse Shelly and when she called me back she told me that it takes 24-48 hours for them to send it (when it was already prescribed- and also this was 2 days later from the first time the pharmacy asked for it) I told her I was nervous ab... read more

Dr Tandon prescribed a cardiac drug to my sister. She experienced over 17 toxic reactions to this medication over many months. Dr Tandon DID NOT diagnose this life threatening condition. In fact he disregarded all evidence presented to him and was indignant and unprofessional. Finally his fellow practitioners agreed with the overwhelming evidence and discontinued the medication. Rapid recovery over two week period after suffering unnecessarily and having zero quality of life for over a year. He did not listen to his patient... read more

Was seen by Dr Goyal for a rapid heartbeat for 4 months and put on medication for it. I went to see him again a few months later and couldn't breathe, had a rapid heartbeat, couldn't walk. He said its not your heart so I'm not sure what's wrong. I was hospitalized 5 days later for a major pulmonary embolism and could have died. He didn't show up during my week in hospital, and only found about my 2nd hospital stay days later. Had a reaction to a dye for my heart test in his office, but they just sent me home. Worst treatment... read more
