I am a patient, but purchased my glasses through an online Avenue. The frames were not fitting properly, so I brought them into have them adjusted. Despite being very overwhelmed by patients, the ladies were doing a fantastic job of getting everyone taken care of as quickly as they could. my frames were adjusted. She made sure they looked good and told me to come back if there was any rubbing. They were hour late for appointment. Had 10 am appointment, wasn't called back til almost 11 am to start. This was for cataract testing that took over an hour as well. We were here well over 2 hrs. Good thing we had an open day.
Dont go here!! They are only intrested in your money and dont care about you. I went for cataract surgery with lens implanted 1 1/2 years ago and it was the worst mistake of my life. It cost me 3,000.00 out of pocket (for the lens)and was told I wouldn't need glasses again and MIGHT need readers...what a joke! I can't read anything without readers (I didnt need them before the surgery)and also they didn't get my lens at the correct prescription right and now I need glasses. The doctor could never get the right prescription for my contact lenses. Although my glasses are perfect. I had to go back because my frame broke and I still had guaranty. The ladies who work over that area are rude and actually not well at costumer service. I know for sure I’m not going back there anymore.
I LOVE Dr. Johnson and all of the girls in the Cedar Falls office. However, my last two times speaking with the ladies at the Waterloo office was horrible. They were incredibly rude! What happened to customer service and kindness. Annette is not very personable and seems to be frustrated with having to speak to anyone.
