First time visit. I was greeted with a smile and the friendly attitude continued throughout the appointment. Dr. Petrie was friendly and efficient. Gave clear info and instructions. It was a very positive visit

Got the eye exam done, tried the new contacts didn't feel good in my eyes. Called to asked to change to different ones and get them ordered. 3 days later I missed their call. I then ran in asked to change to different contact, they said they would let me know, then they never called back. I called again, they finally called back and said I would have to pay for another exam. I let them know that I will pay someone else.

I am a patient, but purchased my glasses through an online Avenue. The frames were not fitting properly, so I brought them into have them adjusted. Despite being very overwhelmed by patients, the ladies were doing a fantastic job of getting everyone taken care of as quickly as they could. my frames were adjusted. She made sure they looked good and told me to come back if there was any rubbing. They were so much better and I did go back the next day for one slight adjustment and they were equally as amazing in service. Thank ... read more
