Dr. Krewer is a great doctor. But the other personnel aren't helpful. I switched my contact prescription. Never got a copy of my new prescription and never got a callback on if I was happy with the new prescription. Tried to order contacts, however they make you leave a voicemail of your card info. After a 3rd call, one personnel said "I don't know how I can help you." They made it very difficult to have my prescription faxed. It's been over a month since my initial appointment and I still don't have a copy of my perception.... read more

Had to go there 3 times. First time the prescription ended up being wrong and the doctor admitted it was a mistake on the second appointment. Third time back, when I still couldnt see was at the "eyeglass" counter where we were met with an arrogant attitude and basically called cheap for not getting our glasses/lenses there. Didnt get the womans name but she was tall, thin, with dyed black hair. She blamed all the vision problems on the eyeglass provider and scribbled out instructions for them. I tried to explain I was only ... read more

The doctors are amazing but the optical department is ridiculous. I got my child's glasses and they "had a 1 year warranty." 2 weeks later, they broke, they do not have the same frames anymore so therefore it is NOT covered. Vision4Less is where we went next as they offer a 1 year warranty with paperwork to prove it.

I went there recently for an eye exam. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional checking me in and they got to me very quickly. I had my one year old with me and both the assistant that did my exam and the doctor were very patient and friendly to both of us. Those appointments can be very cumbersome with children, and I was very appreciative to the staff for accommodating us.

The doctor was friendly as well as the staff on the doctor's side. The lady on the frames side was kind of rude/unhelpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they sent me home without a complete eyeglasses prescription so now I have to get a ride back before I can even order my glasses. It really does no good to go to an eye doctor for an exam and not get a complete prescription, if you are a person who really needs to purchase glasses rather than the other testing they do. So overall it was a waste of time and ... read more
