This office is generally very busy but is run efficiently. Dr. Miller is “on the move” most of the time, but will patiently answer questions, if you stop him. I have been a patient for many years and have felt well cared for in this practice.
Dr Johnson always takes the time to talk & answer any questions we have! N if he doesn’t know off the top of his head, he looks it up right then. He is a great Dr with excellent patient care! I recommend him to everyone!
Dr. Puk is so easy to talk to and he explains things so you can understand. I like how he doesn't rush me out of the room and takes time to answer all my questions. I go to the CF location and everyone is wonderful there! ❤️
The process is pretty streamlined and efficient. I moved from the exam stage to the dilation stage, then a little wait out in the lobby, then the examination by the doctor. All of this took place with very little wasted time. Nurses and check in staff were all very nice. I feel comfortable there.
The front desk was very personable, polite, and courteous. The information on the iPad was brief and to the point. The first eye specialist was very professional and knowledgeable, and also personable. The quick eye exams were easy and to the point. Dr. Smith is just an all-around good human being.
