Yes, today as a matter of fact following a football injury last night. I was extremely impressed with the care we received. The gal working the front desk was so friendly. The PA was just as great. She read my son’s X-ray immediately. My son didn’t have to miss school on Monday. My husband and I didn’t have to miss work to bring him to an appt. I am highly satisfied with the care I have received from Dr. Torrez and his staff. They have worked with me twice; a bicep resection and a knee scope and both times I have received exceptional care. I cannot thank you guys enough for fixing me up.
Although my experience was frustrating because it took a few weeks and many follow-ups to correctly diagnose the severity of my elbow, I was extremely pleased with the eventual surgeon I was referred to. The length of time was more due to the uniqueness of my case than a failure on the doctors' parts. I felt I was in constant communication with them throughout the process. I came to your office to see Dr. Todd Johnston by word of mouth (big mistake)! I had a knee replacement over two yrs. ago, went to therapy for quite awhile. I never got my gait back still working on it. One of those years soon after my surgery I was going to Florida and I asked if I could hurt my surgical leg by walking on the sand Dr. Johnston replied "I don't care what you do" my husband was with me needless to say we were speechless. had a complete shoulder reconstruction, have been very frustrated dealing with it and then find out it will take a year to totally heal, went for therapy with Cari and it was great, learned a lot, they are very easy to work with on a schedule and I don't think I could have made it without them
