Dr Poock was very down to earth and listened to my needs. The staff was great in getting me right in. I plan to continue following with this clinic for my primary care needs.
Dr. Poock was amazing!!! The first time I saw him a little over a month ago, I told him what was going on and he LISTENED to what I said and asked questions. Oh my goodness, I got ANSWERS!!! His patience, kindness, and compassion was shown throughout my time there. When I got to my car, tears forming in my eyes I couldn’t believe how I was treated with “RESPECT”. There are some great doctors, he is the BEST. Oh yes, his nurse Heather is great too. All of the staff are very NICE.
Dr Poock and His entire staff are professional, courteous, and really show genuine care for the patients. It is so hard to find a clinic that really does this. I recommend them to all of my patients that are looking for a medical Doctor in the Cedar Valley.
The front staff and doctors are phenomenal. I highly recommend Cedar Valley Primary care over any other urgent care in Waterloo. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.
Brandy and all of the staff at CV Primary and WI clinic are amazing! Front desk staff are very welcoming. Brandy explained everything about my condition and made sure all of my questions were answered and understood. This is by far the best primary clinic around!
