RecommendedMy son needed to be seen for possible broken finger. Our PCP wasn't going to be able to get him in to be seen until December and UP Urgent Care noted the were only taking walk-ins when we called, only to show up and be told they weren't taking anymore patients. My husband was without a primary care physician and needed seen right away as he was experiencing severe stomach pain. Cedar Valley Primary Care offers walk-in services and was able to see my husband right away. Dr. DeFord saw my husband in a very timely fashion and quickly diagnosed an urgent medical condition. He and Dr. Poock went out of their way to make sure that the next medical specialist would see him as soon as possible. Both doctors and their staff had excellent bedside manner. My sons family doctor was not able to get him in for a few days so they referred us to Doctor Pooke. They were able to see us right away. The staff was all so friendly. Thank you for looking at Garrix toe and rumning labs!! I definitely recommended them!!
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and myself to be seen (I know walk ins are welcomed but I had a schedule conflict). Check in was easy. Heather our nurse was simply amazing! Dr. Poock is absolutely awesome. He was kind, gentle and so engaging with my daughter. They made me feel welcome, took time to talk to me about everything for me and my kiddo.
