Dr Miller and his staff are the most friendly, competent and helpful of any medical staff perhaps in the history of medicine. Theirs is the only appointment I actually look forward to. Keep up the great work and please don’t retire in the near future.
Dr. Miller was thorough. He had me in on my appointment on time. Friendly and informative. Everyone else had done a fine job with he checking me in and preparing everything.
The Cedar Falls office is always very welcoming. Generally the wait time is appropriate and things seem to run smoothly. Dr. Miller thoroughly explained the issue with my eye and how best to treat it. I appreciated his concern and patience.
My wait was short. The staff were all very professional and helpful. My exam was quick efficient and all my questions answered.
