Dr harter has been my doctor all of my life he was my moms prenatal doctor and he delivered me I have never had a problem with him at alm he always takes the time tm answer any questions I had and he explained everything to me and if he thought what I was there tk see him for was serious he would order the tests to be done asap and get the results back asap. I ve seen other doctors but he's the only one I trust
Been with him for years. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns. He has no problem sending you to a specialist if he thinks you need one.
Dr Harter always takes time to listen to my questions/concerns. Does not hesitate to refer you to a specialists if he has doubts or questions...I'm very happy with him
