The medical student who conducted the test was incredibly friendly, humorous, and very good at her job and I want her to know that she will be a fantastic doctor one day. Dr. Polk was flexible but dismissive, and once again misgender me which has been a pretty consistent problem, claiming old habits die hard instead of correcting himself.
The best, patient, thorough and extremely professional. For all the pain I was in, I actually enjoyed being treated. Now that says something about a doctor who is genuinely a nice man.
Dr Poock is simply the best of the best! He is very personable, speaks on your level so you can understand and takes time to explain what he has found and what he recommends to go forward with your best life. His staff as outstanding, just as their leader. Highly very highly recommended.
The office staff were so kind and gracious. They not only got me in last minute but my daughter who I brought along with me. They didn’t bat an eye when I asked if she could possibly get see as well. They were so kind and friendly. Dr. Poock was AMAZING!! He was very informational and personal. He made you feel like he cared about you and has known you his whole life. As always, a pleasing visit anytime I'm there. A great physician with wonderful people skills. Remarkably knowledgeable. Extremely personable staff and professional treatment. Dr. Poock understandably discusses exam results at your level. Highly recommended!
