I have been going here for the last couple years and always have felt that the staff is very good! Always polite, considerate and respectful. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go through a skin cancer diagnosis! Great job, keep up the fantastic job!!
I thought she was very insensitive to my concern. She questioned whether I had ever had ear infection even though my primary care provider and another care provider had both told me so. She said they couldn’t know without doing a pressure check. I had developed Tinnitus and she told me there was nothing she could do for me. Just what a patient wants to hear! She offered no advice and really no explanation of Tinnitus. I said “you mean I have to live with this the rest of my life?” I think she has a very rude personality... read more
