Everyone at the medical facility from the second I walked in were very polite, helpful, and helped me understand what was going on. Dr. Kenny D. Rodriguez was great at explaining what was going on and his plan to fix it with only one outcome however it had to happen, which was to fix the problem with my nose.

Very happy with the treatment I had. Scheduling was very easy and was easy to adjust to fit my needs. The staff was exclant in every way. I wold recommend this office highly. If circumstances arise , I would gladly return.

Nice man! And very nice staff as well. What I appreciated most is I felt like I was being listened to. It's one thing to have a bit of an ear problem, but it's another when you make your living with them. As a studio engineer, it's incredibly critical. And I felt like the doctor appreciated that!

I really liked Dr. Rodriguez. He explained what I needed to know very clearly. My second appointment was to talk about the results of my MRI. Dr. Rodriguez was again very nice and we talked briefly about the MRI and was told what I expected in that there was nothing more that he could do for me, but to keep doing what I've been doing in hope that my sense of taste and smell will return. I will definitely recommend him to others if they are in need of an ENT. He is so kind!!!
