LINS was recommended to me by my plumber and I am so grateful they were. They were able to replace my broken water heater the same day and were very reasonably priced. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. After this experience I will be switching to them for my other HVAC services as well. These guys are phenomenal and I highly recommend them.
When my furnace stopped working, I spoke with a neighbor, to get a recommendation and he said to call Lin’s Heating and Air Conditioning…. which I did… The man I spoke with ask me what was going on, I described the situation and he said he’d get a guy there that afternoon… I was so happy to think someone would be there so soon… Carter was there at the time I was told and had me fixed up in a very short time…. Lins installed my new furnace and air conditioner last summer and I was so impressed with them that I recently had them install a new hot water heater. Both Marc and Steve take the time to answer all my questions and are very timely in responding. They are honest in setting expectations. Their employees show up on time and are very respectful. Lins sets the bar for what customer service should be like.
Wasn't an emergency, but they still got us in this week. Quickly and efficiently got a quote, service was scheduled, and a brand new water heater was installed. They took the old one with them to dispose of. Both technicians courteous and professional. I really love working with Lins.
Lins Heating & Air Conditioning gave me a great price on a new furnace and the guys did a great job of installing it and taking the old one away. I am very pleased.
