After getting 5 quotes, we had LINS do our AC and furnace replacement this summer. They were very straightforward with their pricing, work that needs to be done and giving us options with different model units. The crew did great work and cleaned up everything after themselves. LINS is an authorized Rheem dealer and they are top notch in the HVAC industry! No complaints here, highly recommend!

LINS Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job installing our new LP gas water heater. Shane and Jack, with LINS, were on time, very proficient in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They installed a new (small) section of the water line to the new heater with a quarter turn on/off switch to update that connection, improved the vent stack by screwing the pieces together, etc. They were neat in all of the constuction. We give them a 5 star rating! Thank you LINS!

LINS was recommended to me by my plumber and I am so grateful they were. They were able to replace my broken water heater the same day and were very reasonably priced. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. After this experience I will be switching to them for my other HVAC services as well. These guys are phenomenal and I highly recommend them.

Service was great. Prompt and efficient. We were charged 120% for the vent cap replacement part however. Not sure if this is standard in the industry but a 6 inch vent cap should not be 20% of the cost of a brand new water heater.
