Madison is friendly. Good explanation of thumb arthritis, and made sure I saw trays of thumb. Answered all questions thoroughly. Would recommend her.
Madison always listens to me and explains all my questions to where I fully understand my health needs and what to do. She is always pleasant and I wear hearing aides and she speaks so clear I don't have to ask her to repeat anything. I trust Madison and will always ask for her when I need another knee injection.
Madison is great, very attentive and a good listener and problem solver. I would recommend her to anyone.
