Madison was amazing. She listened to us and our concerns and worked with us. We wanted a conservative approach for his injury and she worked with us. Very nice and was great to be able to walk in and not have to wait for days to be seen!!
Very grateful for Madison and all of the staff that have taken such wonderful care of me and my husband! Unfortunately we have given them lots of business in a short period of time and every time that one of us has to be seen, it is with professional knowledge surrounded by genuine care as they treat us. Didn't want to hear what I heard but that's not their fault. Madison did an excellent job explaining things and options to me. Will be back at some point for my knees. Meeting podiatrist first. Deciding what's first.
One of the first things Madison told me before explaining what I should expect from my procedure was that I should feel free to interrupt her at any time with any questions I might have. This really helped to put my mind at ease. She is very kind and professional, as is the entire staff.
I have always had a good experience when dealing with the staff. They are attentive and answer any questions.
