As a family member of the patient, I was impressed by Madison. She truly listened to the patient's post-surgery concerns, as well as those of the other caregivers who were present. She was knowledgeable, didn't rush the appointment and offered several options for treatment, letting the patient decide which option was best to move forward with. Her colleagues, including the athletic trainer who took out the staples were also kind and knowledgeable.
Madison was amazing. She listened to us and our concerns and worked with us. We wanted a conservative approach for his injury and she worked with us. Very nice and was great to be able to walk in and not have to wait for days to be seen!!
Was seen by Madison and her team for right hip pain due degenerative arthritis. After explaining that I had an important upcoming event, Madison explained the different options available and what would be the best course of action for now and in the future. I like that Madison takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains treatment as thoroughly as she does. I'm glad she is a part of my care team
Madison is so awesome, “the coolest PA-C I have ever seen” said our 8 year old. Who admittedly, has never seen one, but clearly the bar was set extremely high. She listened to our 8 year olds problems and helped assess him to see what could be causing him arm pain. She let him talk and explain everything that was going on. We really appreciated that she read the room and gave her professional advice to him. Very grateful for Madison and all of the staff that have taken such wonderful care of me and my husband! Unfortunately we have given them lots of business in a short period of time and every time that one of us has to be seen, it is with professional knowledge surrounded by genuine care as they treat us.
