Madison was genuinely sweet and caring. She took the time explain everything to me and was happy to answer any questions. Very grateful for her knowledge and expertise!
One of the first things Madison told me before explaining what I should expect from my procedure was that I should feel free to interrupt her at any time with any questions I might have. This really helped to put my mind at ease. She is very kind and professional, as is the entire staff.

Madison was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed 3 options and ended up choosing the Cortizone shot, to get me thru the end of the month. Then we can see where i am and where to go from there. Im a Retired Nurse so understood what she was talking about but she spoke in terms the non medical person could understand as well. This provider explained very clearly the expectations, procedure and outcomes. She was pleasant and knowledgeable of my particular need, a shot in my hip. She made sure she knew my history and previous injections. Very little wait time.
