Very pleased. I have never had glasses. The exam was quick and easy. Dr. Krewer was amazing and explained everything. The service department made ordering my glass very easy. They helped me figure out the perfect fit for my face and let me know before ordering what my insurance would cover. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.
Dr. Krewer was fantastic! This was my son’s first time at an optometrist, and he was super nervous. But the staff was so friendly and made the whole experience fun for him. I highly recommend Dr. Krewer and Cedar Valley Eyecare!
Very nice. Good voice. Will be back next year. Not much waiting time. Plenty parking space. Easy access. He is not listed in insurance but he is on their list, as is the others there. United Health Care and Medicare.
A patient/customer could ask for nothing more than every single associate I've encountered here provides. Extremely knowledgeable and genuine sincerity in customer service. An increasingly rare in today's climate. In my last two visits I made a new friend each time in the lobby to boot!
Everyone was so sweet and welcoming! It was my 5-year-old's first check-up, and she was so nervous until she sat down and they talked her through everything. She had a blast getting her eyes checked and was wanting to come back the next day, haha. We will be back for more check-ups!
