This was my first visit to the clinic and Melanie was very friendly, informative and took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just any other patient. Was a nice change from a big town office.
Melanie is absolutely amazing. You are able to get seen immediately. So glad we have her in Shellsburg
Very thorough. She answered all my questions, and really listened. A very good experience. I highly recommend.
Appt was at 4:00 on Fri and still took her time and didn't make me feel like she was rushing, place is very clean staff caring also will go back
