Professional. The technician that preformed the exams was thorough and answered my questions. Dr. Puk explained the replacement procedure in terms that were easy to understand. His confidence and readily apparent knowledge helped me to overcome my feelings of anxiety.
Cataract surgery, left eye. Good presurgery work up. Thorough discussion with Dr Puk regarding the types of lenses and associated costs. I indicated my decision and was scheduled for surgery within a week. Nursing staff followed up with medication usage and answered my questions. Day of surgery was comfortable. Well organized team, friendly and accommodating. Always a pleasure working with Dr Puk and his staff.
