Mike from Ryan’s was fantastic. He answered every question I had, was completely professional, and was extremely courteous. He walked me through how Ryan’s has different technicians that are certified for different pest inspections and exterminations, and how they will only send out a certified tech that suits the job at hand. The prices quoted were very reasonable. I would have absolute confidence not only using Ryan’s for inspections and exterminations, but I would recommend them to anyone who needed pest services.
I’ve heard really good things about them. I initially called them knowing they might not be able to get out to my house right away but figured I’d hear back from a technician and have a date set how ever it’s been days and nobody’s gotten back to me. They just tell me some one will call me. I personally feel that’s bad customer service. If they ever get to my house I may be able to post an updated review ….
