Have been going here since I was a baby. The whole 18 years I have been going and I don’t have a single complaint. All of the nurses and doctors are extremely friendly. Every time I go in there they have a smile on their face and ask about my life. Overall 10/10 experience and will contain to go.
I felt like my previous doctor at another office wasn’t listening to my concerns. I changed my PCP to Dr Keel and my concerns were addressed and a plan was put in place to get me feeling better right away. I feel better than I have in a very long time.
Michele is excellent! She listens to your concerns and addresses them. Makes you feel like the only patient she has. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming.
The staff is wonderful! They show that they care by taking the time to catch up and answer any questions you have. Such a wonderful facility!
They were able to squeeze my 2 year old son in with ZERO notice to stitch his head laceration after a fall. All the staff made sure he was comfortable and did great at keeping him calm through the whole process. The receptionist, medical assistants and NP, Pam Keel were all very kind, friendly, understanding, and professional.
