They were able to squeeze my 2 year old son in with ZERO notice to stitch his head laceration after a fall. All the staff made sure he was comfortable and did great at keeping him calm through the whole process. The receptionist, medical assistants and NP, Pam Keel were all very kind, friendly, understanding, and professional.
Michele is excellent! She listens to your concerns and addresses them. Makes you feel like the only patient she has. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming.
This clinic is so convenient to have in our small town, as well as the pharmacy. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dr. Pam was fabulous. She took her time and explained everything and didn’t make me feel rushed. It was a pleasurable experience for sure! Thanks to everyone!
Switched to Urbana Family Medicine after being frustrated with my care elsewhere and wished I would have done so sooner. Michelle Burnes is fantastic, she actually listens, and is very kind and gets to the real heart of an issue- her nurses are great, staff is very friendly. I feel like they have been my long time care team!
Very friendly, took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable with Pam, she listened to me about things I had questions, she spent time with me, was not in a hurry. Staff did a wonderful job with my appointment, they call to check on how I'm doing.
