I am glad I am a patient here! I have nothing but great things to say about the clinic and staff. My PCP (Michelle Burnes) is so knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cares about me and my health. Her nurses and support staff are so helpful and caring. They also have access to 3 different hospitals in the area. You can't go wrong here.
Receptionists were welcoming and friendly as always! Nurses very caring and attentive. Michelle was her caring, amazing doctor she always is! For that 15 minutes that you are with her she makes you feel like you are the only appointment she has had that day. She truly listens and cares about what's going on with you. Then her best to help you find the answers you need.
Michele Burnes is the best care provider that I have ever been around! She has been my doctor for a very long time. I recently moved an hour away from the clinic and still have her as my doctor! Her compassion is second to none!!
I have been a patient of Michele’s for decades and would not consider going anywhere else. She is very, very caring and gives me all the time I need. I actually live in Marengo and have followed her to Urbana.
