Only issue I had was getting lost in the hallways after leaving the lab for a blood draw. Thankfully the IT guy was very sweet and told me how to get out. More signage would be great.

Very professional staff, courteous and friendly. The time taken by all the staff to explain and listen to your concerns is amazing!!! This office is should be rated one of the top 10 in Benton County for sure. Thank you for dedication and service to myself and others. You shine a light to some who really need it some days.
They were able to squeeze my 2 year old son in with ZERO notice to stitch his head laceration after a fall. All the staff made sure he was comfortable and did great at keeping him calm through the whole process. The receptionist, medical assistants and NP, Pam Keel were all very kind, friendly, understanding, and professional.
Have been going here since I was a baby. The whole 18 years I have been going and I don’t have a single complaint. All of the nurses and doctors are extremely friendly. Every time I go in there they have a smile on their face and ask about my life. Overall 10/10 experience and will contain to go.
