I love Dr. Elgin. She is a great doctor, and I hope she sticks around. There is nothing I dislike about her. She truly cares about ber patients. Her nurses are also awesome. The lab and therapy do a great job as well. The front desk receptionists greet me with a warm smile, and I get in to see the doctor without a long wait. I am able to get appointments with specialists who come to the clinic on certain days, so I'm very satisfied with the Clinic.
We are fairly new patients at the Vinton Family Medical Center. We couldn't be happier. The entire staff that we have had contact with has been friendly, professional & helpful. We especially appreciate the caring attitudes and willingness to spend time explaining things.
My appointment was at 8:30. I didnt get out of the clinic until 11:00. My Dr had an emergency walk in that had to be taken care of ahead of myself. Which was fine. That person had urgent needs and i understood that. I would hope that if it were myself needing help right away that others would be patient so the doctor could tend to them first. Its all good.
I was treated badly by dr song he was mean to Lilly about her weight and also about her pre diabetic going up. He should have treated her with respect and not talked to her in that way. Lilly has now decided to leave the practice and g elsewhere. He should have never put her down about her weight our what I mean is talked to her about her weight in the way he did she is very self conscious about it. I’ve been going here for years & I don’t have anything bad to say. I have a PCP as well as I’ve been seeing Sam for mental health for the past few years as well. She’s amazing! Also shoutout to Nurse Jill 😎
