I went in yesterday at 8:30pm (5/24/25) for some issues I had scheduled to be addressed with my family doctor, but could not be seen until this upcoming Wednesday and my symptoms were worsening so I opted to go to the emergency department. Once there, I was taken back to a room relatively quickly, vitals taken, and given a gown. I took my daughter, Ruby, by ambulance a country weeks ago. I was hoping for Mat but, got Brenden, he's gotten a lot better, he listened to me and we talked things out of what each other thought and he took very good care of my daughter, brought her back to being able to talk & a lot less throwing up, by the next day she was pretty much back to my old Ruby! Thanks Brenden. Bet he never thought he'd hear that from me.😃

Unacceptable! My elderly parents depend on this facility for their health care needs. This unfortunately is the SECOND time they have been in need of prescriptions that were never called in! My parents had to continue to call & follow up the following day on their end not the other way around. When someone is miserable & in pain the prescription that is prescribed to them would be appreciated if it were called in! Not sure who is dropping the ball on this but it is Ridiculous. Was great getting to know my therapist! She's kind, caring and encouraging. Also with a since of humor which is refreshing. All staff were delightful to meet.
