Prior to scheduling an appointment, Dr. Ravi took the time to meet with me. He acknowledged my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. He provided additional websites which would give me additional information.
Dr. Ravi is an excellent doctor - very caring and very personable. His follow-up advice was spot on for me. He explains things clearly and listens to my concerns.
Dr. Ravi was very thorough in explaining everything and took considerable amount of time making sure I understood everything and was emphatic about the necessity of my having a colonoscopy. I look forward to A continuing relationship with him and feel you're a positive about him as a doctor.
Dr. Ravi is an excellent doctor and I have no problem with him at all. He does have staff in the office who set up the appointments and gives the orders out that do not listen when a customer tells them of health problems and why they need to have certain prep. I have a kidney disease and as per my neurologist have certain preps I cannot take. The staff was told this but prescribed the wrong item. After several phone calls to the office and the pharmacy it was straightened out before colonoscopy
Dr. Ravi was fine. The problem is that no one tells you before hand that a consultation before your colonoscopy is going to be billed as not part of the colonoscopy. Therefore, what you call for and ASK ahead of time if it will be covered and the ANSWER is YES.... it really isn't. It is now an office call which is not fully covered as part of the colonoscopy. In addition. Your 'facility fee' is not covered as part of the colonoscopy either and you will be billed for that.

I was having an issue and really not feeling well. I called and left a message on Dr. Ravi's nurses line. When she called me back the same day he wanted me to come in the next morning for a procedure that totally fixed the problem.
